Madrid: Forest bathing

Disconnect to connect with the nature that surrounds the forest through the Shinrin Yoku.

Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, is a practice that consists of spending time in the forest, with the aim of improving health, well-being and happiness. The term comes from its most important principle: it is beneficial to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of the forest.

This activity is considered one of the best options for people affected by stress, anxiety and other diseases related to the nervous system to alleviate its effects. Of course, we must make clear that this activity is not a substitute for any medication, but a complement.

We will walk through the forest in the company of our official forest bathing guide, certified by the Forest Therapy Institute

Immerse yourself in a sea of sensations that you have never felt before, let yourself be carried away by the senses that we never use, open your mind and attract the peace and balance that Nature gives you in its pure state.
