Unplug from technology and plug into the natural landscape that surrounds the forest through Shinrin Yoku.
Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, involves spending time in the forest with the aim of improving health, well-being and happiness. The term comes from its most important principle: it is beneficial to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of the forest.
This activity is considered one of the best options for people affected by stress, anxiety and other diseases related to the nervous system, to alleviate their effects. However, it should be made clear that this activity is not a substitute for any medication, but a complement.
We will walk through the forest in the company of our official forest bathing guide, certified by the Forest Therapy Institute..
Immerse yourself in a sea of sensations that you have never felt before, let yourself be carried away by the senses that we never use, open your mind and attract the peace and balance that nature gives you in its purest state.

Details of the Trail
Forest bathing is an immersive experience in nature, in which there is no difficulty whatsoever. It is suitable for everyone, and no previous preparation is required. The distance covered is usually short – less than a mile, as the aim is absolute awareness of the moment.
We are in a mountainous area, so the use of suitable footwear for the terrain (trekking or hiking shoes/boots) is mandatory. It is also necessary to carry at least a litre and a half of water or other valid hydration, there are no fountains during the experiences. Warm clothes and a mackintosh raincoat are recommended. Don't forget to bring sun cream and a hat. It is advisable to carry some food in your backpack: fruit, nuts, chocolate... whatever you need to boost your energy at any given moment.
Some of our activities in Madrid can be combined with each other. For more information, please contact us.
